While we’re working together to ensure your career develops at the right pace and direction for you, we also understand the importance of a good work-life balance.

We firmly believe that morale and productivity improves where employees have a sense of balance between work and home. With this in mind, we focus our support on five key areas:

5. Promotion of employee well-being in the workplace

The progress we’re making is there for all to see - from the fantastic nursery and well-being facilities at the Woodland Centre in Gaydon, through to the improvements made in our parental, maternity and paternity leave arrangements. Of course, we still have plenty to do but as most people will tell you, when you're embarking on a journey, a Jaguar or a Land Rover will always get you there.
