Industrial Placements

Our 12 month industrial placements are the perfect way to sample the working world of Jaguar Land Rover and gain intensive, first-hand experience of how we work.

After a comprehensive induction to welcome you to the company, including a tour of some of our impressive facilities, you’ll get stuck into making a significant contribution right from the start.

Far from running errands and making tea, you’ll be involved in pioneering engineering projects and exhilarating initiatives. You’ll also gain in-depth knowledge of our award winning vehicles.

Our placements go a long way to helping you relate the theoretical concepts studied in your course, to the real, fast-paced world of work. With plenty of opportunities to develop knowledge and essential experience, not only will you hone your business skills, you’ll be better prepared for your final year too.

Summer Placements

Our three month summer placements start in June and finish during September – by which time you’ll have gained an impressive range of business and technical skills and insight into the workings of our two prestigious brands.
