Selection Process

All of our applications are handled through an online system. The first stage is to complete the application form. We want to know all about you so it's quite in-depth. Don't worry, you can save it at any point and return to complete it later.

If you're successful, you'll be invited to an assessment centre, during which you'll have an interview, take some basic tests and participate in a group exercise.

Should you be unsuccessful at the assessment centre phase, feedback is available on request. We see each application as a valuable learning experience for both Jaguar Land Rover and candidates alike. As such we want you to enjoy, learn and grow from your participation.

For successful candidates - we hope to make offers very quickly after the assessment centres, all of which are dependent the minimum academic requirements being met and providing proof of your right to work in the UK.
