The programme
Our two-year graduate programme will ensure you hit the ground running in the perfect role for you. From Finance and HR to Product Development Engineering, you’ll enjoy all the training and support you need to gain the right blend of technical expertise, creativity and confidence as you progress in your career.
What to expect
Adventure, excitement and exposure. Whatever business area you choose to make your mark in, all of our graduates will receive the following:
- A warm welcome to the company in the form of a corporate induction which will include a tour of our impressive facilities
- A comprehensive induction to your business area - including roles, responsibilities and insight into how it contributes to the overall success of the business
- Exciting first hand experience of our award winning vehicles
- Hands-on experience of working on a production line
Support
What’s more, we take great care to ensure you’re given all the encouragement and support you need, from the early months to the first few years of your exciting career with us. And it’s far from a one size fits all approach – you’ll enjoy support specifically tailored for the business area you join. For example, as an Engineer, you’ll be assigned a mentor and fast-tracked to Chartered status.
We also have great relationships with a small number of carefully selected institutions, which means we’re able to support your academic development and the achievement of recognised vocational qualifications, such as CIPD or CIMA – all of which we’ll fully fund and support you through.
We'll expect you to take the lead on your own development, but we're here to give you information, direction and guidance. In short, if you're good, we'll make sure you get even better.
