Selection Process

All of our applications are handled through an online system. The first stage is to complete the application form. We want to know all about you so it's quite in-depth. Don't worry, you can save it at any point and return to complete it later.

Once your details have been screened, if you’re successful, you’ll be invited to an assessment centre or interview. For some roles, you may be asked to complete additional online numeric and verbal reasoning exercises, before attending the assessment centre.

Should you be unsuccessful at the assessment centre phase, feedback is available on request. We see each application as a valuable learning experience for both Jaguar Land Rover and candidates alike. As such, we want you to enjoy, learn and grow from your experience.

For successful candidates - we hope to make offers very quickly after the assessment centres, all of which are dependent the minimum academic requirements being met and providing proof of your right to work in the UK.
