How will my performance be assessed?
During a 3 month placement, you will have a performance appraisal with your supervisor twice during that time, and be asked, and the end of your placement, to give a presentation to some Engineering manager's on the work completed during your time with us. This presentation is also assessed. It is a similar process for 12 month placement students, but the appraisals are carried out at 6 months and towards the end of the placement.
If your performance appraisals and presentation are well delivered, then you could be offered the opportunity to return for a further placement the following summer.
